Returns Policy

We love our Alimasy products – and we think you will too.

However, if you're not a fan, you can return your Alimasy product(s) within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).

Please note a change of mind return is only permitted for products which are unused and still in the same condition you received it in (including the original packaging and tags attached) and you are responsible for all costs incurred to ship a change of mind return.

We will process the refund once the bag has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our change of mind return conditions.

Ensure you pack your returns parcel appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Alimasy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products being returned for a change of mind refund.

Don't forget to include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, so the warehouse knows who has sent the parcel!
